Information icon Hello, I'm Ww2censor. I noticed that you recently removed content from Wicklow Mountains without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. ww2censor (talk) 14:27, 27 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, could you please WP:INLINECITE your sources? At the moment it is at risk of being nominated for deletion. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 21:25, 9 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There was a book published on the topic of the first completion of the Wicklow round; this is just the sort of source that helps establish the wp:notability of an article subject. I've added it. Having multiple different sources helps, too, and generally speaking blogs and other self-published content don't establish notability. A local newspaper article or two would be perfect; do you know of one? For more details, the link I've posted will help.
Boleyn was giving you a polite heads-up rather than threatening you; I know it's hard to tell sometimes in plain text, but she's generally a very polite editor, so I'm sure she meant it kindly. HLHJ (talk) 03:02, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
