I was misled by Birmingham City Council!

On their page [1], they refer to them as 'Constitueny Committees', and 'Constituency Offices'. On other pages they use less misleading terminology. Morwen - Talk 20:00, 24 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Why is this page here when Birmingham itself is at Birmingham and not Birmingham, England? Proteus (Talk) 14:35, 27 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Good question. I've moved it. Trilobite (Talk) 03:44, 8 Jan 2005 (UTC)

I think mention should be made that between 2002 and 2004 (as far as I recall) the Council was actually NOC, with Labour operating as a minority administration.

Also I've never heard of the Districts being referred to as "Council Constituencies", despite what their website says. If you can come up with a better reference then I will accept it, but every Council paper I've seen refers to them as Districts. This makes a lot of sense as the existing parliamentary constituencies still have meaning until the next General Election. Duncan 21:09, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Page needs update[edit]

Hi, the constituencies need to be updated as they werte revised at the 2010 election with the loss of a seat. Also some MPs have chaged, e.g. Ladywood now has Shabana Mahmood.
