As there seems to be a content dispute going on, I have full-protected this article for 10 days. Work it out on this talk page rather than disrupting the stability of the article with massive reverts. ~Anachronist (talk) 20:32, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Abuse of Discretion[edit]

In the section about the injunction.foot notes 115-116 The portion that says the trial judge was removed for abuse of discretion should be removed. A trial judge is not removed from the case because of abuse of discretion but rather their decision is overturned. That whole sentence can be removed as if doesn’t add anything to the paragraph.
