Just leave me a message

I'm going to assume that you didn't intend to make it look as though I had posted your comment at Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Clout, and that you were just inept in your editing. Don't let it happen again, though.

You have e-mailed me and asked what was necessary for the article on Clout to remain in Wikipedia. For the record, my reply was:

You need to do two things: first, create an article (preferably formatted and presented in the Wikipedia style) which presents the facts about the religion in a clear, neutral way appropriate to an encyclopaedia, and secondly, supply sources and references that show that it's both genuine and notable. You should create the article off-line, and when it's ready place it on your user page (as, say, User:Clout/Clout (religion)). You can then ask for comments from other editors. The history of the page is such that, if you try to create it directly in Wikipedia, it's likely to be deleted on sight whatever its contents.

Instead you have sent further e-mails to me, vandalised my user page, repeatedly recreated the same nonsense page, and sent messages from one of your accounts to another, and left cryptic, unsigned messages on Talk pages. This account, for example, has been used for no useful edits on Wikipedia articles. I can only assume that you in fact have no interest in creating this page — you merely want to make a nuisance of yourself. Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 09:08, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)
