Not sure if the article needs to be deleted, but it definitely needs to be rewritten and sources added.

new comment: The article would definitely benefit from more sourcing. I was a juror on the first trial, and while it was a long time ago, am rather certain "felony murder" was not one of the four counts. My recollection is the other three were as described but the fourth was "attempted murder", and I recall this because it was one of the details that hung up the jury deliberations on that count. Perhaps the second trial adjusted the accusation? Also, the trial evidence in the first trial indicated there were four passengers in the car, not just two: Dunc, Randy and two others, reportedly gang members un-named and never brought up as witnesses (Randy referred to them, but denied they ever stopped.) Again, a long time ago, but those other two witnesses were a major reason for acquittal on murder and the hung jury on the attempted murder: doubt about whether it might have been the other two. The prosecution interviewed me after the trial in prep for the second trial and I mentioned this, they their reasons for not bringing them to the stand (seasoned criminal vets, good liars on the stand) and they probably struck their entire reference to them in the re-trial. But my anecdotal recount is not a source, and I've had my share of this miscarriage of justice that I'm not going to do the legwork to sort it out (he was guilty of all four if you ask me, just lousy prosecution) but anyone interested in this story should find more sources to get it right. 198.72.196.147 (talk) 19:57, 16 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
