I've removed this, due its impossible vagueness:

Strike Force is rumored to be a group of Vigilante operating in a port city bordering the Gulf of Mexico. It's conception and motives are unknown, but is recognized by the ATF as a threat. None have been apprehended, but are wanted in connection with several drug busts in and around the Gulf Coast area.
