Italics or quotes?[edit]

When I created this page, I was unsure about whether to use quotes or to italicize the name of the game, e.g. is it Talisman or "Talisman" or just Talisman? As a result, the markup is mixed in the article. I consulted the Manual of Style, but it doesn't cover game titles. Anyone know? —Frecklefoot 16:00, 25 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Merge proposal[edit]

Percy Snoodle suggested that this article—as well as all the other Talisman expansions—be merged with Talisman.

Oppose. When I wrote this article (as well as the main Talisman article), I created this as a separate article specifically to keep the main article from becomming bloated. If you look at the main article, you'll see it is already fairly substantial. Adding the content to the main article would bloat it and make it difficult to navigate. The main article has a short summary of this expansion, which is all it should have. While this article itself is not huge, I propose to keep it separate if for no other reason than preventing the main article from becoming bloated. Add in this expansion, as well as all the others, and then the 3rd edition expansions, and we'll have a huge mess. Keeping the articles segmented in this fashion is the best way to keep it organized and bloat-free. — Frecklefoot | Talk 17:29, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
