About me I am a biochemical engineer in a US government lab, specializing in the processing and modification of agricultural commodities. My current research is in the non-food/feed utilization of animal protein. I'm an INTJ. I am also interested in wide variety useless topics, which is why I feel so at home with Wikipedia.
