sick is a slang term (that maybe? originated in london and the south-east of england) used for something really good. Example: that's a sick film = that's a really good film

Hi Ike9898, you just said that that Wikipedia isn't a slang dictionary, if it's not then why is there a Slang page with links to other Wikipedia pages that describe different slang, e.g. Military slang
