POV problem[edit]

At least part of the text is from a 1636 account (see [1]), which is POV ("demon which they worshipped as their god and lord" for instance). The problem is that the account is unmarked, so it's not clear where the POV begins and where it ends.

Finding the source and clearly marking the parts that were copied from it would probably be enough to solve the POV problem.

  • I've done the above, as best I can determine the original text without a hardcopy (there are a few versions online). With proper sections and a couple minor rewrites the article should be much more encyclopedic now. --Dhartung | Talk 01:53, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)

El Dorado (myth) - part of the text from a 1636 account (see [2]), POV ("demon which they worshipped as their god and lord" for instance). The text from the 1636 account should either be marked as such or cleaned up.
