goodbye yellow brick road[edit]

Documentary ??s[edit]

I was surprised the documentary was barely mentioned in the article. I remember seeing it on a program like Midnight Special or some other music oriented program. Fascinating glimpse into how the group worked at that time. I know this is an article about the album, but since the documentary is related should info be given on the documentary with whatever source cites can be found?THX1136 (talk) 00:49, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

chronology[edit]

The article on Elton’s album “Madman Across the Water” refers at least twice to it being EJ's fourth studio album. According to the sequence laid out in the "chronology" info box, as well as the information provided in the articles on the individual previous albums, it is his fifth studio album. I edited that article to reflect that, but reverted the edit after seeing that the numbering of subsequent albums – including this one – seems to follow the "Madman" chronology. (This article describes "BYBR" as seventh, rather than eighth. Maybe it's a mistake... maybe it's a "UK releases vs US releases" thing, given that Empty Sky wasn't released in the US until '75... but whatever the reason I felt that I am not qualified to change an entire string of entries. WBZ-FM vs. WROR[edit]

I believe the section describing "Harmony" being popular on a Boston radio station really ought to use the call letters of the station at the time of the album's release: (WROR?). Only in the 21st century did that station transition into being WBZ-FM. I would correct this myself, but I am not certain if WROR is indeed the station in question, but it does make more sense. 146.115.179.142 (talk) 02:46, 29 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
