I agree. Improving my style generally has been a priority of mine lately; I think there has been some improvement here and there - but it needed, and does need, improvement. By generally I mean not so much adherence to Wikipedia standards - which also needs much work - as comprehensibility. A good guide to which was written by Arnold Schoenberg (!!) in an article that got reprinted in Style and Idea but of course others exist (I need to read, and reread, those manuals of style...)
