Is the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences actually an "academy"? I don't actually know what distinguishes a "federal academy" from other federal government educational organizations, but I remember being told that there were seven of them. The problem with adding just the USUHS is that there are lots of other federal schools. How about the National War College, the Naval War College, the Industrial College of the Air Force, the National Fire Academy, the Foreign Service Institute... you get the idea.
