Stocks[edit]

I have no idea how to wiki, but here is a citation for the stocks:

Hermaphrodites[edit]

Apparently they are hermaphroditic... - Omegatron 04:45, Jan 11, 2005 (UTC)

Dead link?[edit]

I have removed this link from the page:

As it seems to be dead. Please put it back if not, or correct it if possible. sijarvis 14:13, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unverified disease[edit]

I can find no outside reference to Dimenchio disease, google comes up blank. This does not appear to be a recognized effect from the eating of the black sea bass. If there is a referecne is should be given, if not removed.Gurufred 20:46, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Time to maturity?[edit]

The article gives the gestation time of the eggs (1.6 days), but says nothing about the time to reach reproductive maturity or life span of the black sea bass. — QuicksilverT @ 16:39, 8 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

error[edit]

based on direct personal observation, maximum size is greater than 20" as stated. a 20" fish is approx 4-5 lbs. a 8-9 lb fish is more likely in the 24-26" range. 76.19.243.118 (talk) 03:54, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
