Very refreshing recasting at Gospel of Mark. I think, from experience, that if you move text you're eliminating to Discussion, that gives other editors a chance to pick through it— and reduces chances of resentment and conflict.

Why did you remove my "pecularities of Mark" and the reference to Matthew's use of "and it came to pass" and story sequence? Drama can also be produced by a good story teller's performance. Mark's Jesus story was popular enough to endure. charlesturek@comcast.net
