Why "Strangely"?[edit]

Shouldn't the word "Strangely" be dropped. What's so strange about a hliday from Korea (or some other country) being adopted around the world (if in fact it has been. A short scan of the Web brings up lots of refs to the ROK custom but none of its having rooted elsewhere.)? Kdammers 05:09, 14 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Korean black day has inspired others around the world to adopt this holiday. An internationally renowned yo-yo player who goes by the nickname of Black has started an annual celebration of Black Day among yo-yo players, who celebrate their single status with black yo-yos and making web-pages around the world black.^{[citation needed]} *The yo-yo black day resource site
