Howdy. I'm your typical newbie, Joe. I'm a licensed civil engineer with an emphasis in structures. I also have a technical background in nondestructive testing and ultrasound testing. I hail from Olympia, Washington and have lived throughout the Pacific Northwest. In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking and mountain climbing.
