This page is a record relating to his behavior, and specifically his habit of creating obvious sockpuppets and stridently denying any connection to them. If you have no idea who Mike is or why this was a problem, this isn't likely to interest you.

I had intended to delete this page once the issue was dead. However, Mike has been editing periodically and has shown signs that he'll return to his old behavior if he thinks no-one's watching. His primary identity for a while was User:259 Contributions, but it looks like he's now switched to User:EventHorizon Contributions.

Given a recent edit to this page, I'd propose
