Can someone delete this? It's not an encyclopedia entry and it's not even the Long Telegram. It's the X Article.--Ian 23:26, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Presumably put up because its author just died.

Could do with a brief entry on the subject, as it was an important document (and cross refer to author and the whole document if stored on Wikipedia).

I started an entry on the Long Telegram - as it should be mentioned. Do not feel up to moving the source though and hope someone else will do it. The original one can as far as I see be found here:
