Hi Mark, Welcome to Wikipedia. I've moved your comment on the photo of the Basenji to the image information page (Image:Congo1.jpg). The image still needs a copyright tag, but I'm not sure which one to add. Do you mean that only Wikipedia can use the image, or do you intend that the image is released under the GFDL or another free licence? There is an explanation of the tags at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. Wikipedia only images are likely to be removed in time, as the goal is to provide content that can be used freely by anyone. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[Image:Congo Basenji.jpg]].
