Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vandalism Templates

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Strange vandalism-related templates with no apparent purpose (certainly none of them are used anywhere). —Stormie 11:31, Aug 2, 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete - All pointless, especially the last one. Do we need a Templates for deletion? TPK 11:36, 2 Aug 2004 (UTC)
    • I wasn't sure if this was the right place - I was a bit wary about putting the VFD boilerplate in a template, since that will make any page that includes that template appear on Category:Pages on votes for deletion. But since nothing was using them, I went ahead with it. —Stormie 12:08, Aug 2, 2004 (UTC)
  • They don't seem to have any purpose. Really, what is a "THis page is NOT being vandalised by me" template supposed to be for? Delete. -- Cyrius| 19:38, 2 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Agreed, these are unnecesary. Tons of articles have been vandalized at some point in their past, it would be ridiculous to mark them all with a template. Regarding the second to last one, constant vandalism can be reported on the Wikipedia:Vandalism in progress page. - Eisnel 21:03, 2 Aug 2004 (UTC)
only ones currently being vandailised and can you please remove the {{delete}} orr at least the infobox1 template that shows up with the info box on my user page.--Ryan B. (Talk, contributions) 09:00, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
oh and ps now my user page is in the catogory votes for deletion, thanks,no, well then i understand that you wouldn't know if its in use or not.--Ryan B. (Talk, contributions) 09:03, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, vandalism should be reverted or deleted, not have templates added to it. --Michael Snow 23:42, 5 Aug 2004 (UTC)
