Fix slant towards English-speaking world. In particular, add section on German 2-10-0s; Germany was possibly the biggest user of this wheel arrangement worldwide. Also Russian usage, and others.
The article just in passing mentions decapods that "... were originally built for the Soviet Union, but never delivered to them". Add some more information about these "lend-lease" decapods that were delivered in huge numbers to USSR during WWII (technical facts, number built, etc.).
