Adraeus' thoughts
Honorific titles should not be prefixed to a subject's name; however, honorific titles should be discussed later in an article (or the introduction). Example:
Joseph Alois Ratzinger, now known as Benedict XVI, is the apostolic monarch of Vatican City and acquired the title His Holiness... on April 19, 2005.
If honorific titles are allowed to be prefixed to a subject's name, there should be no problem with:
Dear Leader Kim Jong-il, chairman of North Korea... Adraeus 08:34, 17 May 2005 (UTC)
