Empty Section

[edit]

Section 1.1.1: "History, Soviet era" is completely empty (no text at all). I don't know enough about the subject to write this section, but this can't be right.Originalname37 (Talk?) 02:38, 21 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

NATO Reporting Name

[edit]

The RS-28 Sarmat is said to have the NATO Reporting name SATAN 2 here, but on the missile's Wikipedia page, it is said to be SS-X-29. I'm by no means an expert, but this seems unusual. Anyone know which is true? Craig-C7 (talk) 21:40, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Russia gave China nuclear weapons?

[edit]

This is contradicted by numerous sources. A dead link to what was probably speculation by someone at the NR is not a Reliable Source. 50.111.51.247 (talk) 13:06, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Also, see this ref from the Sino-Soviet split Wiki article that expressly says this didn't happen --> Sheng, M. (2008). "Mao and China's Relations with the Superpowers in the 1950s: A New Look at the Taiwan Strait Crises and the Sino-Soviet Split". Protect This Article?

[edit]

And update it. Probably a good idea to do both as much as is feasible, given the timeliness and sensitivity of the subject matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.198.85.24 (talk) 19:54, 28 February 2022 (UTC) please notice that everything written here is of western views, noting that the west always consider the Russian an adversary, then its important to maintain your doubt on the accuracy of given information, the writer failed to expose conflict of interest in this article — Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.249.99.101 (talk) 11:08, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The new missile?

[edit]

Is anyone gonna put a section/sentence/paragraph mentioning the new missile tests and the new nuclear missile Russia made and how they talked about destroying New York City?

Title

[edit]

The "and" in the title looks a bit strange. Why not just write "Russian weapons of mass destruction"? --Edoe (talk) 16:08, 27 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Referenced list of threats

[edit]

The twitter account @cuthbert_shaw keeps up a list of references to specific Russian nuclear threats, going back to 1999, the large majority since the invasions of Ukraine.  —Michael Z. 22:34, 7 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

USA and weapons of mass destruction

[edit]

I'm trying to find the respective article about usa and weapons of mass destruction but it seems it's missing. I think it's quite sad that wikipedia is acting like a NATO propaganda machine. 79.166.13.124 (talk) 11:08, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
