I just wanted to ask a question; what source states Van Halen was formed in 1973? Why was it changed to this when it was 1972 beforehand? Many sources I have found say the band formed in 1972, so what source states it was 1973? Ded Meem (talk) 00:47, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I can answer on this part with a book source provided below:
On pages 90-91, I read that it was in 1973 when the name "Van Halen" had formed after they were told to change their band's name (Mammoth at the time) by another band of the same name. HorrorLover555 (talk) 03:09, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
