Lack of snow removal

[edit]

I found the following on https://roads.dot.ca.gov — would it be appropriate to include it? SR 3

[IN THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AREA] "SNOW IS NOT REMOVED FROM THE TRAVELWAY NIGHTS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS" FROM 20 MI NORTH OF TRINITY CENTER (TRINITY CO) TO 3 MI SOUTH OF CALLAHAN (SISKIYOU CO) /SCOTT MOUNTAIN/ - MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO CARRY CHAINS

They actually do a pretty good job of keeping Scott Mtn drivable, regardless of the warnings they might not. It might be good to mention that the mountain does get a lot of snow and can be impassable in the winter, though. 69.131.171.196 (talk) 03:53, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wyntoon not on CA 3 in Trinity County

[edit]

CA 3 passes the communities of Covington Mill, Trinity Center, and Coffee Creek. At Coffee Creek, CA 3 starts to follow the Trinity River. 69.131.171.196 (talk) 03:56, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
