FM
[edit]Frequencies
[edit]106.2 has an even tenths digit, so how is it a possible FM radio station?? This must mean that other countries use their own rules. What is England's rule??

- It is very observant of you to notice such a thing, I am afraid I don't know the UK rules on this, but I have found confirmation that Heart broadcasts on 106.2FM (see http://www.heart1062.co.uk/ ). Having done some other research; I have found that FM stations have both even and odd tenths digits in the UK. [1] Perhaps http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/ may be of more use to you.
SimonMayer 01:32, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC) - In the UK, the only rule about FM frequencies is that they're multiples of 0.1 MHz. Radios with digital tuning typically have 0.05 MHz intervals, but I think that's just so that you can tune slightly off to escape interference from another station on a nearby frequency. -- Smjg 12:49, 21 September 2005 (UTC)
Heart FM
[edit]- I think this is a perfectly suitable dab page and that merging it with Heart FM wouldn't make sense. Ben-w 17:36, 21 September 2005 (UTC)
- It is refereing to the Heart FM dab page aswell, but if this page contains two of the three stations on the other page i think they should be merged. If there are no objections, ill do it. --Ballchef 02:54, 13 October 2005 (UTC)

Reorganisation
[edit]Please, if you want to change something, build on what I've done, don't just revert to the previous mess. Thanks. Rothorpe (talk) 21:02, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
