How to make a new article[edit]

Hey - I saw you left a message on User:-- April's talk page about making new pages. To make a new page, just type in the article name you want to make into the "search" box. If the page doesn't exist, there will be a link for you to click on where you can create the page you want. For editing experiments, try using the Wikipedia:Sandbox page.

If you need more help, feel free to leave a message on my talk page! Also, check out Wikipedia: List of administrators - these are people who tend to have worked on Wikipedia for a while, and should be able to answer any other questions you might have. Oh, one more thing...You can type in 4 tildes (~) in a row to sign with your user name and date.

Welcome to Wikipedia! Have fun! HappyCamper 00:17, 27 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Talk pages and polymer chemistry[edit]

Hey! A nice tip about talk pages - if you want to leave a message for someone, you can leave a message on their talk page by clicking on the "discussion" tab at the top. Beside the "edit this page" tab there's a little plus sign. Click on this, and you'll get another page where you get to type in your subject and your message. Saves the hassle of typing lots of -- signs and using HTML tags :-)

If you're interested in adding articles for chemistry, feel free to check out Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Chemistry. To watch this page, click on the "watch" tab at the top. If you do this, every time a change is made to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Chemistry, you'll be notified if you click on "my watchlist" at the top. You can watch any page that interests you this way! Also, feel free to make good edits to any pages you come across. There are some useful links to the left of your window that you might find useful. HappyCamper 01:46, 28 Apr 2005 (UTC)
