Palm stem cross section is not a palm[edit]

The picture of a cross section is NOT a palm but is a cross section of a stem of a Strelitzia nicolai, not a member of Arecaceae. I have deleted the picture accordingly. Sean 124.187.121.107 (talk)

Origin[edit]

From where did palms originate? There is a lot confusion with the terms "indigenous to" and "native to" when searched. How long does a species have to grow in an area to be considered "native"? 70.50.4.84 (talk) 19:16, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Usage of fruits is not mentioned except for medicines.[edit]
