Nomination of Viktor Grebennikov for deletion[edit]

Use of "claim"[edit]

"Claim" is POV. It implies disbelief. You can use said, wrote, and other things, but not "claim". The only exceptions are 1) discussing a legal claim, and 2) when the source you are quoting uses the word. That's it. See WP:CLAIM and stop making articles more rather than less POV.
