Nomination of Viktor Grebennikov for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Viktor Grebennikov is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

Use of "claim"

"Claim" is POV. It implies disbelief. You can use said, wrote, and other things, but not "claim". The only exceptions are 1) discussing a legal claim, and 2) when the source you are quoting uses the word. That's it. See WP:CLAIM and stop making articles more rather than less POV.
