Does anyone know anything about the Commodore Joshua Barney Memorial which is located in the Fort Lincoln Cemetery. The address of the cemtery is 3401 Bladensburg Road. I am trying to find out when the memorial was dedicated Any information you could provide me I would greatly appreciate it.
