Galileo Galilei observed Io (moon), which can be obtained by checking through 1610 and Galilean moon. Grue 13:08, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Galileo Galilei observed both the phases of Venus (planet) and Io (moon) in 1610. Found it through a quick browse of Galileo Galilei Circeus 16:33, Mar 14, 2005 (UTC)

Correct. 2 points to Circeus for a complete answer. -- AllyUnion (talk) 17:41, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)

  • This seems unfair. The question implied only one answer, which I provided first. Grue 18:21, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
    • Well actually, I was looking for Venus (planet). I didn't realize that Io (moon) was also a featured article. I'll give you 1 point as credit and shame on me for not researching further. -- AllyUnion (talk) 18:29, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
      • Technically, Grue, I asked for observed. Io (moon) was more like it was discovered rather than observed. Although one could argue that Io was both observed and discovered. I will still count this as an oversight and still give you the one point. -- AllyUnion (talk) 00:31, 15 Mar 2005 (UTC)
