Australia[edit]

Is it called Dancing Stage in Australia too? Or is it just Dance Dance Revolution there.

The voice over at the start of the version available in Australia says "Dancing Stage", and the image on the AU cover is the same. There may be some regional differences between the US and AU, but I think they are essentially the same. glasnt ^<3 01:18, 21 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Differences between EU Dancing Stage vs US/JP Dance Dance Revolution[edit]

Besides the name, and the songlists in each mix, what other differences are there in the game? Graphics? Interface (if only slightly)? What is the announcer like?

Is it also worth noting these differences in the article here to those who are also curious?

I'm not absolutely sure, as I have never actually played nor seen a copy of this version myself, but as far as I know it's just another of case of where the European version of something (game or not) in which everything is pretty much the same, except the official name had been changed. I still don't even really understand why this is done in the first place, but there should not be any differences of any significance (expect that the announcer likely says "Dancing Stage" instead of the regular, and the opening screen. It's likely to be in PAL too, but that's a given as well.) --Daisenji 23:13, 7 Mar 2007 (UTC)
