Delete. Creator is a 14 year old newcomer, so gently. JFW has left a good message on his talk page. IMO this would qualify for speedy, which doesn't need to go through any process at all, a sysop can just do it, but IMO it's best for this to go through VfD. Also some maintain that once listed on VfD the process must be concluded, I think that should be case by case but again appropriate here. Andrewa 21:06, 9 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
