If the content of a page has been extensively rewritten to deal with objections and concerns, then it is possible to call for a revote. The revote must be seconded by one person who initially voted Delete based on the old version of the article. (This prevents frivolous revotes.)

The purpose of a revote is to get a fresh perspective and avoid misconceptions which have accrued due to the old version of the article. It is *not* to be used simply to keep a page alive. Multiple revotes are not allowed.

The suggested format for a revote entry on Vfd is: Check the secondary editing page. It has multiple mistakes, probably from electronic interference. This is on the Roxy Theatre (New York City) page. By Jack Johncock at: jwjohncock@yahoo.com.
