Italy?[edit]

Why are the three italian entries, Calabria, Naples & Sicily, listed as though they are countries? They do not fit the format for which the rest of the cities have been listed. Just asking.

Mexican mobsters: City or state?[edit]

Hey, everyone. There are several mobsters from the Mexican drug cartels that can be included in this article, but most of them operate in complete states of Mexico instead of cities. It's also really hard to pinpoint the cities they operate in because their influence usually goes beyond that.
