Redirect[edit]

Any thoughts about making Weebl redirect to Jonti Picking rather than Weebl and Bob, or possibly a disambiguation page? Weebl runs a website named 'Weebl's Stuff' and seems to use the alias "Weebl" around the web. Khlo 17:24, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Shouldn't Weebl Stuff be mentioned here? I mean, classics like Kenya and Magical Trevor should be mentioned alongside Weebl and Bob since they're made by the same guys and so on. Full Names[edit]

Weebl's full name is Weebl Chauncey, Bob's is Robert Bobertson, Monkey's is Derek and the pear's name is Hank. - 80.42.145.213

I am almost positive that "Professor Heinz Weebl PhD" is not Weebls's full name, just a fake name he used in "Show" to make him sound like a pie expert of some sort. -DJ Nufonia

Citations Really Needed[edit]

There's a lot of ho-hummy language "most fans", "many fans". Also, why are the "notable" quotes notable? Some of them, like "Stephen Hawking's" quotes aren't that "notable." Quotes[edit]

I just deleted the whole of the article's "memborable quote" section. Not only are "memorable quote" sections an IMDb convention, not Wikipedia's, but they didn't add to the article at all except to identify certain things certain people found funny and that the characters have a limited and stunted vocabulary. The latter can and is expressed in the encyclopedic part of the article, though this too has a good way to go from being a fan page. BigBlueFish 17:06, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Funnier to Americans[edit]

I'm wondering if the general consensus, is that Webbl and Bob are funnier to Americans. I think it might be, because where British people are used to hearing British slang more than Americans. Since Americans aren't usually that used to British slang, alot of it sounds to them overly proper which is hilarious to them.

Like the words arse, and bum, seem funnier to Americans because Americans are used to people just plainly saying a**hole, without trying to make it sound any less offensive than it's intended to be. In a sense British insults, seem so un-insultive to Americans, that it's kind of like a kid calling someone a name, taking on a deadly serious meaning.

I don't know if this should be added to the article, or if it just goes without saying. I think it does play into alot of the appeal, that American fans find with the web show. Violet yoshi 09:07, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Zoology??[edit]
