2005 Discussion Log[edit]

Removed the following paragraphs. I don't think they fit into the article. Can be rearranged and reinserted if possible, but some content just doesn't fit into a Wikipedia article.

Currently the newest junior college in Singapore, welcoming its first batch of students in January 2005, it sets to be the next trailblazer with a different education experience for students. It's slated completion was supposed to be april 2005 but that has been pushed back to december2005(hopefully) due to cash flow problems. Meanwhile, students are currently studying in a half completed campus that poses a dengue fever threat.

Just beside the college is where the singapore sports school is located. The building of the Singapore sports school(SSS) commenced at around the same time but the completion of the SSS finished almost a year before january 2005.

A competition to design the uniform was held but the uniform design is vastly different from the original winner. This has caused much displeasure among the students and even some teachers.

No, it isn't important, but since this is a fact webpage (an encyclopedia), it is relevant because that is a fact. Just like you will find in some entries that a certain organisation is run by a certain person and so on. This entry is supposed to be about the facts of the college. Of course, if you all feel that such information is not good for this entry, you can remove it. But please comment on this discussion page first. Which brings me to another point. Please only update its contents with facts and not opinions. Attempting to put information such as your opinion on how the parliament is structure defeats its own purpose is considered as vandalism. Unfortunatly, the student parliament is only a figurehead and nothing have been carry out since the introduction. But this give the principal the utimate say in everything, which contridict to what she has promise the students. One such example is the design of the school uniform

University stub[edit]

I am reverting {{university-stub}} back to {{edu-stub}} as Innova JC is not a university nor a tertiary institution. It is still considered a post-secondary school. --Sengkang 05:58, 30 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
