Fair use rationale for Image:Chicago25.jpg[edit]

Image:Chicago25.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Why is this article not titled Chicago 25: The Christmas Album when the album cover clearly shows the number 25, not XXV? --Wolfer68 (talk) 19:27, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

XXV is used to signify that this album is part of the band's canon of officially released recordings, a numbering series that began with Chicago III. Also, "XXV" appears on the orignial release CD's jewel box spine labels. Twsheely (talk) 00:09, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Song Title (Expanded Edition CD)[edit]

In the introduction of the article, it's mentioned that Keith Howland (guitarist)sings his first lead vocal for the band on the title cut, 'What's It Gonna Be, Santa?' Please correct me if I'm wrong, but looking over the song titles on the expanded disc, I don't see that song. Since there is no title cut listed, does Keith actually sing on one of the songs... and if so, which one? The track that Keith Howland sings on is "Jolly Old Saint Nicholas", which includes the chorus refrain of "What's It Gonna Be, Santa?" in the song's rock arrangement. The article has been updated to indicate the correct song title. Twsheely (talk) 00:22, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
