I could not find anything about "trasvasement", and I moved the article to "transvasement". Anyway, it sounds more like a French word than like an English one. An accuracy check would be useful. olivier 07:25, Jan 21, 2005 (UTC)
It's not an English word - it can't be found in a standard dictionary or in dictionary.com. It's actually a French word meaning "transfer". Anyway it's inaccurate. The Lingqu canal was designed for military transport not primarily for transferring water over a watershed. The article should be redirected to Aqueduct. Chris55 19:28, 22 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
