Turning Point Presentations

This session's goal is to share successful techniques for introducing technology in the classroom. Teachers, Sheila Cowing and Jay Bowks, of John D. Perkins Elementary School in Marlow, New Hampshire, partnered under the Southwestern NH Tech Partners Project to develop classroom lessons that would introduce technology to the students.

A key to using technology in the classroom they found was for their students to make the "Turning Point", the point where students feel involved and engaged in their own learning and strive to succeed , this makes them motivated to keep making progress.
