Previous revision of Antenna theory was inaccurate at best, and a general description of antennas without any theory at worst.
This page is now a place holder for a real page on Antenna Theory.
A real page on antenna theory should cover the topics seen in an antenna theory course, including but not limited to how antnnas work, how (details) to change an antenna's properties, how to design an antenna, etc. Perhaps some day (of someone doesn't beat me to it), I'll study this and write something up. --ssd 05:20, 5 Apr 2004 (UTC)

Antenna theory is poorly written and contains nothing (correct) that wasn't already in antenna (electronics) even before I started enhancing antenna. I was going to suggest merging the two, but on actually reading antenna theory I now think it is just wrong and all links to it should be redirected to antenna. What's there isn't really even antenna theory. The poor writing and incorrect facts seem to be a problem that started with the original anonymous short term author.--ssd 13:37, 30 Mar 2004 (UTC)

- Mmm... Agreed. Redirect. I studied antenna theroy at Uni and I don't remember it being anything like whats in this article. I think author had a good stab at writing about the subject without really knowing enough about it. Delete and redirect. --Dunk 19:56, 30 Mar 2004 (UTC)
