Misleading title/lemma[edit]

This seems to be a list of US- or North-American composers and part of the "WikiProject United States", not a list of American composers. Could you please change the title/lemma accordingly? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.199.208.234 (talk) 12:19, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Missing composers[edit]

The inclusion of Berlin and Porter (and others) opens the door for adding a whole list of American 20th century composers, not the least of which should be Richard Rodgers. --69.19.176.196 (talk) 03:02, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Alfred Newman[edit]

Where is Alfred Newman? He certainly belongs on this list. --69.85.145.33 (talk) 01:36, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Henry Mancini[edit]

There is a listing for Henry Massini, which I believe should be Henry Mancini. --66.81.144.204 (talk) 22:34, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
