Hey there. I just noticed that your latest article was imported from another source. If you own or have permission to use the copyright for this material, please indicate this on the talk page of your article, as well as on Wikipedia:Copyright problems. Otherwise, we can't accept it here. If you want to rewrite the article in your own words, please do so on the "/Temp" subpage of the article. Also, regardless of whether this article infringes on copyright, we welcome any other original contributions you may wish to make. Thanks! - Vague | Rant 10:58, Dec 24, 2004 (UTC)

I have created the originl article
Even in the case that you wrote the original article for the Govt. of Kerala, it would usually be the case that you might have had to sign some documents assigning the copyright to the Govt. of Kerala. Are you still sure you own the copyright?
And oh BTW Welcome to the 'pedia, and please sign your comments with 4 tildes.
Thanks! -- Paddu 19:42, 31 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Thanks! -- I am sure I have the right to publish the text. CNRNair14:50, 30 Jan 2007 (IST)

Can you add information about where you got this image from in the image description page here? Please note that if you had copied it from some other website without permission it would constitute a copyright infringement of the authors of that website. If you have/can ask for permission to use it that would be great, but please add information about the source in the image description page. Thanks! -- Paddu 20:05, 31 Jan 2005 (UTC)

The image was created by scanning a poster freely available in the market. No copyright is seen printed at the bottom of the poster. That was why I have scanned the poster and posted the same. Anyway i dont have any copyright on the image and for that I dont think anybody has that.

I see that you have been cautioned before about copying material from other websites. Please stop. RickK 04:50, Feb 11, 2005 (UTC)

You get one article listed as a copyright violation and you just go on recreating the copyright violation under another name. You have been blocked from editing for 24 hours. When you come back, please start creating articles in your own words. RickK 21:45, Feb 11, 2005 (UTC)

I have created the article based on resume and other material I have recd from Ms K.S.Chithra, herself and I have not borrowed any material posted on the site. In fact the material from some other source was posted in wikipages and I have edited it and replaced with the new article, written by me based on material received from Ms Chithra. If you require prooof for that I can forward the email received by me from Ms Chithra.

License tagging for Image:InApp-logo.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:InApp-logo.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

The image was obtained from Inapp Information Technologies with permission to upload it in Wikipedia. The image can be freely used for quoting details of Inapp Information Technologies. 11:20, 8 February 2007 (CNRNair)

Image:Cnrlogo.jpg listed for deletion[edit]

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as Image:Cnrlogo.jpg has been listed for speedy deletion because you selected a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, a non-profit website, this is in fact not the case. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. – riana_dzasta 13:10, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article Inapp Information Technologies has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable company

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. WikiProject India Tag & Assess 2012 Contest[edit]

Hello friends, we are a number of editors from WikiProject India have got together to assess the many thousands of articles under the stewardship of the project, and we'd love to have you, a fellow member, join us. These articles require assessment, that is, the addition of a WikiProject template to the talk page of an article, assessing it for quality and importance and adding a few extra parameters to it.

As of March 11, 2012, 07:00 UTC, WikiProject India has 95,998 articles under its stewardship. Of these 13,980 articles are completely unassessed (both for class and importance) and another 42,415 articles are unassessed for importance only. Accordingly, a Tag & Assess 2012 drive-cum-contest has begun from March 01, 2012 to last till May 31, 2012.

If you are new to assessment, you can learn the minimum about how to evaluate from Part One of the Assessment Guide. Part Two of the Guide will help you learn to employ the full functionality of the talk page template, should you choose to do so.

You can sign up on the Tag & Assess page. There are a number of awards to be given in recognition of your efforts. Come & join us to take part in this exciting new venture. You'll learn more about India in this way.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ceyenar Chemicals, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
