Hi Doug, welcome to Wikipedia. I have been reading your Formation evaluation entry with considerable interest. (There ain't much that holds my attention better than finding out how the other guy makes his dollar.) Later on, when I get home from work, I'll take another look at it with a view to putting some finishing touches here and there - nothing of substance, just adding headings and highlights and links, providing an introductory sentence or two to set the context, stuff like that. (Unless you beat me to it, of course.)
