April 21 is also the anniversary of Norway formally adopting the Krag-Jørgensen rifle as the main arm of its armed forces in 1894, a weapon that would remain in service for almost 50 years. And there isn't enough room in Wikipedia:Selected anniversaries/April 21 for this. Cool. Was this planned or a coincidence ? :-) -- PFHLai 10:48, 2005 Apr 19 (UTC)

No, it was specifically requested for just that reason. →Raul654 11:38, Apr 19, 2005 (UTC)
In this case, maybe the anniversary should be mentioned on the template ? -- PFHLai 11:45, 2005 Apr 19 (UTC)
No, I do not wish to emphasize the fact that this is an obvious conflict with selected anniversaries. That would just look dumb. →Raul654 12:25, Apr 19, 2005 (UTC)
Conflict ? No problem. 'Selected anniversaries' would just double its size for one day.
I don't think that would look dumb, but perhaps I am dumb. ... :-) Never mind. -- PFHLai 20:11, 2005 Apr 19 (UTC)
You are not dumb, I think Raul just thinks it wouldn't look too good on the main page. - Ta bu shi da yu 02:36, 21 Apr 2005 (UTC)
I think I would look dumb if I had included the article in Selected Anniversaries on the same day, (double-)featuring it on the MainPage without checking. Honestly, I almost did. -- PFHLai 00:34, 2005 Apr 22 (UTC)
