WikiProject Body, Cognition and Senses[edit]

EntmootsOfTrolls would have liked this article to be part of User:EntmootsOfTrolls/WikiProject Body, Cognition and Senses, which provides guidelines for articles on those topics, and seeks stronger cross-linkage and cross-cultural treatment of all of these topics.

Subject-object problem[edit]

This article could do with some more explanation of the subject-object problem as it applies to literary choice of point of view, and keeping it consistent - notably the error some writers make of assuming God's eye view (the "omniscient narrator"). Some of the more literary aspects of perspective could also possibly be shifted here, but in general, that should be the general article, and takes the historical view, rather than the more practical and immediate view of this article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 142.177.92.68 (talk) 18:28, September 23, 2003

Point of view pornography (POV)[edit]

Isn't Point of view cinematography also a broader, more relevant perspective of film than the narrower perspective applied to Point of view pornography (POV)? I am not sure what it is called in filmography but if anyone has more knowledge about this and can contribute it to this page, it would be very helpful to this article's development. I really don't think that Point of view pornography (POV) should even be entered here, since it is a duplicate of the cinematographic perspective and NOT endemic to only pornography. Realistically, the only differentiation between the cinematographic point of view and the pornographic, would be that of experiencing (on a physical or sensory level or perspective) the cinematographer's perspective of involvement and I am unaware of any method known to current technology to represent that point of view. http://ask-leo.com/is_viewpoint_spyware.html seems to indicate that Viewpoint isn't spyware, just bundled software. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Calbaer (talkcontribs).

point of view[edit]

Point of view is also a BBC radio show, I'm not creating a Point of View (Radio) article because I'm unsure if it meets notability. Hopefully someone more experienced can help 194.80.32.10 03:06, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
