Boylover (a.k.a. pedophile) website. Alexa rank of 866,655. I believe this clearly fails our criteria on notability grounds. Wikipedia should not serve as free advertising for websites. Andris 11:46, Aug 4, 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: In their own words: "Nobody "belongs" to Free Spirits. Free Spirits is just a web site that a bunch of people maintain." Wikipedia is not a web directory.--leandros 12:13, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, not notable... or delete and recreate as a redirect to Free Spirit. Sean Curtin
  • Delete. Maybe add a brief description to the Childlove movement page, if that survives. Darksun 12:43, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: Further this makes me worried about the Childlove movement article. I was under the impression that the latter was not the primary name of the movement and that it had been renamed to avoid allowing for a shadow pedophiliac information service on WP. The fact that this article links to it makes me very uneasy. As for this article itself, it has no rationale for existing, and it violates deletion criteria several ways. It's not notable. The article is a copy & paste from the movement's "mission statement." It's an online service and seeks to make us a web directory. Geogre 12:50, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. We should be very sure to pick out and delete all ads on this subject. Salasks 13:24, Aug 4, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete or if the free speech concept is expanded to cover euphemism and propaganda, rename. I like Child raping bastards for this and for Childlove movement. Seriously, just delete. Fire Star 14:20, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Not notable. Elf-friend 21:33, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Isn't there a policy on removing the HTML links (leaving them as plain text) from such pages during the vfd period? I've been doing this as a matter of course, having read it somewhere, but can't find the reference. --Ianb 21:35, 4 Aug 2004 (UTC)
    • comment: It used to be part of the instructions in the VfD footer. That instruction has been temporarily removed. Please comment at Template talk:VfDFooter#Unlinking Ads. Rossami
    • Point of information: Yes, Ianb. It's to insert < then nowiki > before and the same with a /nowiki after. I'm glad somebody did that upon reading your comment, and I'm ashamed that I didn't think of it. Geogre 01:50, 5 Aug 2004 (UTC)
