New page (wikified by me) with no idication of notability. Google test gave 461 for "Richard Handford", of which only a few were this one, difficult to know whether this is reliable though (page sais stage name is just "Handford". Appears to just be a comic who plays the local club. Joe D (t) 23:24, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: First, he's a local comic. Second, it's unverifiable: if the article doesn't give us a link to this "infamy" surrounding insulting the Queen, and if Google doesn't give it, then we can't verify it. So the one "notable" feature is unverifiable. Geogre 01:27, 11 Nov 2004 (UTC)
