Restructure and added recording, promo, release detail[edit]

Altered the following in the text:

"From the fans' point of view, the tracks were comparable to their earlier predecessors, but the odd two or three tracks lacked the edge and punch of old." - obvious POV, and unless a reliable cite can be found to support "the fans" opinion, shouldn't be readded.
"The band were already into the British leg of the 'Iron Fist' tour by the time the album was in the shops."^[1] - Pretty much true for most of the album releases, though I fail to see how this would impact on sales.
